Terms of Service
Last updated: February 2026
By using Keepora, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Description
Keepora provides a secure platform for families to document and preserve their children's memories, milestones, and important records. The service includes timeline management, media storage, document vaulting, and report generation.
2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including your password and two-factor authentication. You agree not to upload illegal content or misuse the service.
3. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you upload to Keepora. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently removed.
4. Subscription & Billing
Keepora offers paid subscription plans. Billing is handled securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Child Handover
The child handover feature transfers vault ownership to the child at a designated date (default: 18th birthday). Once transferred, the child becomes the primary owner and can manage access permissions independently.
6. Limitation of Liability
Keepora is provided “as is”. While we take every precaution to protect your data, we encourage users to maintain their own backups of critical documents.
