Only the people you explicitly invite. As a parent, you have full control over who has access to each child's vault. Viewers can only see the categories and events you've approved. No one else — not even Keepora staff — can access your data.
Not by default. When you invite a viewer (like a grandparent), you choose exactly which categories they can see. For example, you might share photos and milestones but keep health records private. You can change these permissions at any time.
Each vault has a handover date (default: child's 18th birthday). When that day comes, your child receives an email invitation to claim their vault. They create an account, set a password, and become the vault owner. They can then choose to keep you as an editor, downgrade you to viewer, or manage access however they wish. It's their story now.
Yes! You can generate PDF reports at any time, including a premium Yearbook on the Pro plan. You can also download individual photos, documents, and attachments. Your data is never locked in.
When you reach your storage limit, new uploads are paused. You can still view, download, delete, and export everything. A clear banner will show your usage and options to either free up space by deleting files or upgrade your plan for more storage.
