These terms govern participation in the Keepora Partner Program and help keep the program fair, sustainable, and trustworthy for everyone involved.
Partners earn 25% recurring commission on all payments made by referred customers. Commissions are calculated on the net amount (excluding taxes). The Refer a Friend program awards 1 free month of service per confirmed referral.
All commissions and referral rewards are subject to a 15-day hold period beginning from the referred customer's first payment date. If the referred customer requests a refund within this period, the commission or reward is cancelled. After 15 days, the commission is confirmed and becomes eligible for payout.
Affiliate tracking cookies last for 60 days from the initial click. If a visitor registers and pays within 60 days of clicking your affiliate link, the referral is attributed to you.
Partner payouts are processed monthly via PayPal. The minimum payout threshold is $25.00 USD. Payouts are issued for confirmed commissions only (past the 15-day hold).
Partners may not: use spam or unsolicited communications, make false or misleading claims about Keepora, bid on the Keepora trademark in paid advertising, create fake accounts or engage in self-referral fraud, or use cookie stuffing or other deceptive tracking methods.
Keepora reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account that violates these terms. Upon termination, pending unpaid commissions may be forfeited if the termination is due to policy violations.
Keepora may modify these terms at any time. Partners will be notified of material changes via email. Continued participation after notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
